Event Organizer

• They provide live event content to the Eternal Editions ecosystem.

• Live event refers to the all kinds of offline cultural events such as concert, festival, or exhibition.

• They can create their own community though EE and secure capital liquidity to host their events.

Process

• The organizer pays certain EE token (stable) and applies for entry into EE DAO. The used token for the application shall not be returned regardless of the result of the vote and shall be distributed to the members who participated in the vote.

• In the application, they provide information about introduction about their event & company, quantity issued by NFT, minting price, minting schedule, community, and etc. Once DAO has approved their request, the organizer selects the NFT artists and asks for an approval again.

• Organizers can choose an EE registered artist, or their own recommended artist.

• Right after the approval from DAO, announcement about the project is automatically posted in the news column of EE's new publication.

• Fifty percent of the minting funds will be given to the organizers immediately after the minting, The remaining 50% will be paid by Smart Contracts after the event ends safely.

• Gate admission qualification of the ticket will be extinguished after the event is over. But the given NFT will be owned by the user. Users are also able to trade them on secondary marketplace.
