# Party Room

Anyone from the EE NFT holders can use the party room system. Every holder can participate in a micro circle that fits their profound story and purpose, investing in success and creating a deeper and more meaningful connection for a set of shared values and incentives.

### **Process**

* Holders can open and participate in party rooms for various activities (donations, hobbies, purchases, meetings, and offline activities).
* Opening a party room requires $EDC token, and 100% of the tokens paid are distributed to EE holders.
* The founder can pay the $EDC token for using the template design provided by the EE artist, and 60% of the token revenue is distributed to artists and 40% to EE holders.

### Mining

The distribution rate of $EDC is set to the initial value, but after the introduction of governance, the voting rights can vote to determine the mining share of each party room.

* The voter can use their vEDCs to different party rooms to support various communities.
* The distribution rate will be determined depending on the number of vEDC votes each party room gets compared to the number of overall votes. Distribution rate can be changed in real time.
* Distribution rate is counted as % from 1% to 100%, and a party room that has less that 1% does not get any distribution.
* Except 40% of $EDC for staking and 40% for liquidity pool, remaining 20% of $EDC will be distributed to the party rooms according to the mining distribution rate.
* Directors can freely unlock the $EDC earned as a voter of the party room.

### NFT Minting

* Each party room can mint their own NFT after approval from the EE DAO, and it can be also traded in market place.
