DAO

EE DAO is a block chain-based autonomous organization managed by the community, not a single individual. This rule is stipulated in the smart contract, EE's main policies are proposed through DAO and voted by a majority. DAO determines content approval, publication of NFT, major policies, etc by voting.

EE is a completely decentralized organization, but if professional labors required such as creating products or writing codes, we can hire a company or expert to do the necessary work. This is also operated transparently through DAO's voting process, where payments are made immediately by smart contracts once the work is done properly.

In order to maintain the high level of our DAO and prevent indiscriminate opening of vote agendas, the proposer must deposit the EE token to open it. The deposit of the agenda proposal of the organizer or the operator shall not be returned and distributed to the participants of the vote.
